I like to speak for the eyes… :-)

Eyes do not want to be burdened by glasses or contacts, because they would much rather be free!  And that doesn't mean they ought to become a guinea pig for the laser surgery industry, oh no, not at all.  It means they want to release their tension, and come back to clear, sharp, better than 20/20 vision, naturally! 

Relaxed seeing is the key, and ophthalmologist Dr William H Bates taught how to achieve that wonderful state of clear vision without the crutches of glasses.  Although Dr Bates returned to spirit in 1931, his method survived and continues to be taught today.
